Late Pick-Up Policy

Purpose
To support the safety, supervision, and well-being of all participants, our program requires timely pick-up at the end of each scheduled day. Consistent pick-up routines allow staff to maintain appropriate supervision ratios, uphold program structure, and ensure a smooth transition for all participants. Late pick-ups place additional demands on staff and disrupt program operations. This policy establishes clear expectations and procedures to promote punctuality and ensure fairness for all families.

Pick-Up Times
Participants must be picked up no later than the designated dismissal window.

Monday–Thursday: 3:25–3:45 p.m.
Friday: 1:55–2:15 p.m.

If you arrive after the designated pick-up window, a parent or guardian must report to the front office, pay the applicable late fee, and sign the participant out.

Late Pick-Up Fees
Late fees are calculated based on the actual pick-up time.

A fee of $5.00 per minute will be assessed for every minute beyond the designated pick-up window. Participants with outstanding late pick-up fees from the previous week will not be permitted to attend the program on Monday until all fees have been paid.

Communication
If you anticipate being late, please notify the Program Director as soon as possible. Advance notice is appreciated but does not waive or reduce late pick-up fees.

Repeated Late Pick-Ups
Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional administrative action, including, but not limited to, a review of the participant’s enrollment status.
